Kwaku Fille in as the Manager  In Trust & Care Law firm He has a LL.B from the Kwame Nkrumah College of Science and Innovation and was called to the Bar in October, 2005. During her most memorable degree LLB program, Kwaku filled in as the Manager in Head of the Law Staff Survey and has composed and altered various legitimate articles. Kwaku has immense involvement with Banking and Insurance Regulation, Business and Corporates Regulation, Air Regulation and Air Transport Contract, Land Regulation suit and Discretion. 

Adwoa Fosua

Adwoa Fosua law at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and obtained a qualifying certificates in law and practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development of Rwanda. She is a member of the RWandan BAr Association and the East African Law Society. In addition to these, she has recently obtained an MsC in Corporate Governance & Strategic Leadership. As an associate Annabel heads the company secretarial department due to her interest and experience in governance and regulation. She also has specific interest in energy & extractive industries law, commercial law and Arbitration. She is a result-driven person , an effective team player and posses the important ability to stay calm in stressful situations. She likes to listen to music, cook and travel.

Thomas Osie

Thomas Osie , product of  Kumasi High School, studied at Accra Technical University and Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, obtained a Higher National Diploma in Bilingual Secretaryship and Management studies and Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management Studies, respectively. He is currently enrolled with the Human Resource Certification Centre to obtain a professional certificate in Human Resource Management (PHRi). A course that sheds light on Human Relations, Strategic HR management, ILO regulations and Ghanaian Labour Laws, among others. Shaping and orienting his to have a more technical expertise and to engage in  his  multinational firms with the standard of training and understanding received. He is creative, innovative and passionate about the work he does. His passion and love for food led to the birth of Como en Casa, an online food outlet, which simply means just like home and loves to blog. . He is currently the secretary at Trust & Care Law Firm  and holds that position with high esteem.

Freda Duah

Bernice was called as Advodate and Specialist of the High Court of Ghana in the year 2019. She holds a Single man of Regulation (LL.B) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah College of Science and Innovation. She is a result of Wesley Young ladies' Secondary School. Audrey worked momentarily with at the Legitimate Guide Commission of Ghana where she gained uncommon abilities in intervention and discussion. Bernice is an enthusiastic legal counselor with interests in Family regulation, Basic freedoms and Elective Debate Goal. She has an ability to interest to deal with complex issues and has great relational abilities.  She loves listening to music, reading and hanging out with family

Kofi Anane

Kofi Anane was called to the Ghana Bar in 2014 . He was the Law Understudies' Association Leader of KNUST, where he acquired his LLB degree in 2011. He is energetic about the Law and it's training with explicit interests in Aeronautics Law,Maritime Law,Labour Laws,Laws on Speculation &Mergers and Corporate Regulation. As an old boy of Prempeh College,He enthusiastically accepts character and uprightness maketh a man. He appreciates instructing and perusing for hobby.
